Course Description |
The content of this course was developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada, and is delivered by Ƶ faculty members who are certified instructors for Mental Health First Aid - Seniors. The course “is intended to increase the capacity of seniors, families (informal caregivers), friends, staff in care settings and communities to promote mental health in seniors, prevent mental illness and suicide wherever possible in seniors and intervene early when problems first emerge.” (Mental Health Commission of Canada) |

Registration is easy; simply call CE Registration at 604-527-5472 and quote the CRN (below) for the session you are interested in. Payment of the tuition fee must accompany registration. Please note that a minimum of 10 registrations are required in order to deliver the course. If a section of the course does not meet the registration minimum, registrants will be contacted no later than the business day prior to the course start date and offered the option to move to a different offering or receive a full refund of tuition fees. |
