Special exam accommodations
Special arrangements can be made through Accessibility Services for assessment accommodations such as extended time, use of a computer for the test, an individualized quiet setting, sign language interpreting services, and more. Assessment tests for ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ students outside of the Lower Mainland
If you reside outside the Vancouver Lower Mainland or outside of Canada, we are able to offer remote online assessment tests (by appointment only). To participate in a remote test, you must have a desktop PC or laptop equipped with a webcam, capable of screen sharing and remote access, along with stable internet connectivity. Available dates and times vary, so we recommend contacting us at least one to two weeks in advance to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Exam invigilation for ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Continuing Education students
We offer exam invigilation for students enrolled in ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Continuing Education courses. Dates for these sessions can be found on the current assessment schedule (or see external testing dates for non-ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ students below).
Invigilation services will be provided at non-refundable rate of $75.00. The fee must be paid using a Mastercard or Visa credit card only; debit cards or other forms of credit cards are not accepted. The invigilation fee must be paid prior to the invigilation. Assessment Services will arrange a time to take the payment over the phone once your appointment is confirmed. Please note that FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
To book your session date, please contact Assessment Services at assessment@douglascollege.ca at least one week before your exam to ensure you can submit the date with your exam application. ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Continuing Education students are responsible for submitting relevant paperwork and paying the exam fees.

Tests exceeding 3 hours or requiring special accommodations (such as extended time or audio) cannot be accommodated. Please refer to the list below for available dates and times for the upcoming semesters. If a date is not listed, we will not be able to schedule invigilation on that day.
