Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate resonant leadership skills in sport, physical activity and coaching

Evaluation will be carried out in accordance with the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Evaluation Policy. The instructor will present a written course outline with specific evalution criteria at the beginning of the semester. Evaluation will include the following:
Practical applications 15-30%
Resource project 15-30%
Mid-term and final exams 20-30%
Preparation and participation 5-15%
